Settimio Consulting Services, Inc. (SCS) is a woman-owned, DBE-certified geospatial firm specializing in land survey, LiDAR, photogrammetry, GIS and other remote-sensing services. Since 2009 we’ve paired field experience with production-grade results for transportation, utilities and civil-site clients across the Southeast and beyond.

Who we are
SCS is a high-tech LiDAR and mapping firm delivering full-service photogrammetry and remote-sensing solutions. Our team combines survey fundamentals with advanced image processing to deliver accurate, defensible datasets for planning, design and construction.
With strategic partners, we offer end-to-end production that spans aerial, mobile and terrestrial capture. SCS routinely merges fixed-wing, rotary-wing and mobile LiDAR with high-resolution imagery to support highway, bridge, rail, utility and civil-site projects.
We’ve grown quickly on both small and large-scale assignments while maintaining engineering-grade accuracy, schedule discipline and responsive client service. Our production teams support Federal, State, County and municipal agencies as well as private-sector engineers and surveyors.

Rebecca Settimio
President & Founder, SCS Surveying & Mapping
Rebecca leads SCS with a focus on pairing strong survey fundamentals with modern geospatial technology. Her background spans land surveying, photogrammetry and LiDAR production for transportation agencies and public-works clients throughout the Southeast.
She is heavily involved in project strategy and quality control, ensuring that each dataset produced by SCS aligns with client standards, DOT requirements and downstream CAD and GIS workflows.
