Tim has over 40 years of experience in Surveying and has worked with Departments of Transportation throughout the Southeast.

Tim joined SCS in 2020 with more than 40 years of surveying experience. His background spans public- and private-sector assignments across the Southeast, and management of up to ten survey crews.

By November 2024, he had contributed to more than 40 GDOT projects at SCS, including bridges, new alignments, long corridors, The Stitch and I-285 resurfacing. His work connects field survey fundamentals with aerial and terrestrial scanning, hydrographic surveys and complete survey databases.

His experience includes drainage collection, property resolution, bridge clearance modeling and GDOT control packages, with delivery in accordance with applicable survey and electronic data guidelines.
